Common questions about Jemdo Studio for iPad.
Which iPad do I need?
Any USB-C iPad running iPadOS 17 or later. Lightning-port iPads are not supported.
Which capture cards are supported?
Most HDMI capture cards conforming to the USB Video Class (UVC) standard work. Jemdo-brand capture cards unlock the full set of companion features (instant replay, AI highlights, GIF maker, picture adjustments).
Why is there no audio after connecting the capture card?
Check: 1) the source has audio; 2) the iPad volume is up; 3) Audio Pass-through is enabled in Settings.
Where are recordings saved?
Saved to the iPad Photos app by default. You can export to Files, email, AirDrop, etc. from inside the app.
What is included in Free and optional PRO?
Core capture is free. Where offered in your installed app, optional PRO purchases are handled by Apple StoreKit. Apple displays the applicable price and terms before confirmation and manages billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds.
How do Hardware Benefits work?
Hardware Benefits unlock the specified permanent features after eligible hardware is verified; they are not an App Store subscription. Any separately included, time-limited PRO promotion has its own eligibility, duration, and platform limits. Check the benefits shown for your device and account.
