Claim your benefit

Enter the order number from a Jemdo marketplace store (not the tracking number), or switch to Claim code if you have one.

For capture cards bought from the Jemdo Tmall, Douyin, PDD or RED stores. You can claim as soon as the order has shipped, without contacting support. The order number is in the order details; PDD order numbers contain a "-", so enter it exactly as shown. Each device gives 12 months of PRO. Claim it during your sign-up trial and it starts when the trial ends; claim it after the trial and they start that day. One account can claim up to 3 gifts. Gifts don't add up: the latest end date applies.

Order numbers are sent only over an encrypted request and checked against the official store's order system. Jemdo does not store the order number itself.
