Own eligible Jemdo hardware?
New eligible hardware gifts provide 12 calendar months of PRO from the first successful claim. Existing issued benefits retain their original dates. Connecting a capture card alone does not start a gift. ULTRA is purchased separately.
Firmware, compatibility, warranty and returns follow the hardware service policy. They are independent of the membership tier.
