Digital purchases work only after the official payment channel for that platform opens; no charge is possible before then. Not necessarily. Jemdo Studio is bundled as a free companion to Jemdo hardware — a software compatibility issue doesn't automatically mean the hardware is defective. To isolate the problem, try the same capture card in another app such as OBS Studio: if OBS works but our app doesn't, it's a software compatibility issue and we'll fix it; if both fail, contact our after-sales team to inspect the hardware.

All core features (video capture, recording, screenshots, replay, highlight detection, OCR) run entirely on your device — your videos, screenshots, and GIFs stay on your machine. To improve compatibility, we collect a small amount of anonymous device telemetry (e.g. capture card VID/PID, OS version, app version) that does not contain any personal identifier or frame content.
