These are plan roles. A feature is usable only when your app has released it and your account includes it. Planned features are not sold as available benefits.
Your hardware gift is PRO
New eligible hardware gifts provide 12 calendar months of PRO from the first successful claim. Connecting a capture card or opening the app does not start a new grant. Existing issued benefits retain their original scope and dates.
If you already have PRO or ULTRA, the new hardware gift still starts on its claim date. It does not automatically extend a paid term or include an ULTRA upgrade.
When the gift ends, you can keep using FREE or purchase an available plan. Warranty and firmware services follow the hardware policy.
Use the channel for your app
Direct download
Direct builds use the website checkout opened by the app. Sign in with the same account and finish the confirmed order. A payment-return page alone does not grant benefits.
New purchases are not open for this app or channel yet. Existing benefit recovery remains available.
App Store
App Store and Google Play builds use their own in-app purchase flow. Localized prices, renewal, cancellation and restore rules come from that store.

Before and after purchase
Check the plan
Review its features, app availability, term and final price. A fixed-term website purchase and a store subscription may have different renewal rules.
Use your Jemdo account
Sign in to the intended account and region before paying or claiming a gift. A gift code is claimed once by its receiving account.
Confirm your benefits
Return to the app, refresh benefits and check the source and expiry date. Use Restore Purchases for a supported store purchase.
